There are a couple different ways for you to earn house points.

Advertising;;

One way to earn house points is through ADVERTISING! The staff here at HDH are all busy with lives outside of the site so we don't always get to advertise. All you have to do is post our ad on a site with your character's name as the name then PM me the link to our ad on that site and you'll receive your points for your house.

If you go into our advertising section, and if you go in the first post section, and end up seeing a site that hasn't been linked back, then go ahead link back to it for us and post in that thread letting the admin team know you did. We will then lock that thread and your house will be award THIRTY house points, yes 30 house points for posting back on a site.

Just remember to read the advertising rules of the site you're posting on. I don't want to get complains from the admins of other sites because our members aren't following their rules. Also make sure we don't already have an ad on the site.

For every site you advertise on, your house will receive:

5 hp

Referring a Member ;;

This is another simple way to earn house points. If you manage to get a member on the site. Whether it is your friend or someone you roleplay with on another site, they will have to post here. All you have to do is use the code below and the correct house will be award house points.

Person who got referred will receive 3 house points and the person who referred them will receive 5 house points, along with 3 karma.

Roleplay post Count ;;

This does not count towards MC Threads. This will hopefully get people to become more active as far as posting goes and hopefully it will serve as an incentive for people to really try and be more descriptive on their posts. You get a certain amount of points for how long your post is! Just remember that the posts you're submitting have to be from that day. I don't want anybody trying to double posts points and I update threads at the beginning of the day unless I'm not here. So look at the chart below then fill out the form and post.

100 words: 3hp
200 words: 5hp
300 words: 10hp
500 words: 20hp
650 words: 25hp
850 words: 35hp
1000 words: 50hp
1500 words: 75hp
2000+ words: 125hp
